- One-of-a-kind numbered Haute Couture designer label
- Front button-down closing
- An extremely coveted rarity, documented in M.Saint Laurent's official Fall 1968/69 Haute Couture campaign, photographed by Peter Caine.
- From the personal collection of acclaimed actor Amira Casar. This piece will be accompanied by a bespoke signed provenance certificate and hand-written anecdote.
- A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this piece will be donated to the Valentin Haüy school for the blind, with which Casar has long been involved.
- Originally belonging to Miss France 1996, Michèle Boule. Provenance Didier Ludot.
